Wow, didn't realize how far behind I got. Things actually have been going quite well this past week. I was having lots of swelling but that has since gone away and I'm FINALLY down 2 lbs from where I first started some 4 weeks ago. Thank GOD! Measurements are still not where they were before, especially THIGHS but am working on them!
