End of week 4...
OK, so at the end of week 4. Diet has been good, workouts good and the last week, cardio has been good. I ran 4 miles today in 40:48 so I'm happy with that. I still haven't lost one lb and last time I checked measurements, it was all still the same. I keep plugging along, though. Hopefully, things will start happening SOON!!!
