Week 1

OK so update on this past week. It went GREAT. Got my workouts in (still need cardio for today, but I'll get it done), got all my water in, and eats were good. Not going to say 100% because I missed a few meals occasionally because of being so busy at work, but didn't eat chocolate at all and didn't pig out on anything I wasn't scheduled to eat. So, week 1 success!!! YAY!!

Next week, I am concentrating on upping my intensity in the gym. Not necessarily upping weight, but just how I do things. I still have some shoulder issues from last year so I am a little leary to increase the weights TOO much on some exercises, but definately leg weights can go up without problem. LOL I am still soooo sore from Wednesday's leg workout but I LOVE that feeling!

On to week 2!
