Starting over- Day 1

So good afternoon people! I did it! I got up and went to the gym at 5am. It was the first time in over 4 weeks that I actually did a workout. It felt good! I did an interesting leg workout, so we'll see if I'm sore tomorrow or not. I walked on the treadmill for 12 minutes afterwards. Eating today has gone well.

Here's my workout:

Leg Press Machine feet low on the pad and close together
Works outer sweep
12 x 180
10 x 200
15 x 220
Strip 20% off and do static hold of 30 seconds
180lbs

Leg Press feet high up on the pad shoulderwidth apart
working hamstrings
12 x 180
10 x 180
15 x 180

Leg Press feet middle of pad, wider than shoulder width toes pointed out
working inner thigh and adductors
12 x 130
10 x 130
12 x 130

BB Squat -semi lighter concentrating on form
12 x 65
10 x 65
12 x 65

Standing Calf Raises
20 x 120
15 x 120
10 x 120
Static raise x 30 seconds
120 lbs

Cardio: walked 12 minutes

Meals:
M1: 1 scoop protein, 1 serving oatmeal done
M2: advantedge carb control protein RTD, 1 indian idli done
M3: 4 oz grilled chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, 4 oz veggies done
M4: myoplex lite RTD, 1 indian idli done
M5: hickory smoked tuna over veggies
M6: eggwhites

So far, have had 3 L of water, working on #4 and still have 4.5 hrs before bed. More later....
