OK, today was Christmas Day. I've spent the entire Christmas holiday alone with Sam. Meals have actually been really good since I didn't have anything to cheat with. Last night I had a nice sirloin, sweet potato, and veggies. Today, I made a turkey and had a sweet potato and veggies along with that. Both last night and today, I had a glass of wine with my meal. Water has been non-existent. Tomorrow is back to the grindstone.
Actually, my friend Kate and I are starting a Challenge together tomorrow. She's had some issues over the last 1-2 years with uncontrolled hypothyroidism and insulin resistence. She regained some of her weight back and is really just ready to hit it again. We have made a deal with each other. I will drive up to her in MN in 3 weeks and then she'll drive down here in 3 weeks. So, if we KNOW the other is coming, we MUST hit things hard, fast and furious!! I think....no, I KNOW, we will be successful.
I just retook pictures and I want to know how can they be worse from the ones I took on the 17th?!?!?! UGH!!! This will change!
