Day 1 of Kate and Bubblz NO EXCUSES Challenge

OK, technically day 1 of this Challenge with Kate.

Back from my workout, now eating breakfast. Heres what I did:

Triple Supersets 3 x 12
BB Squats 65, 85, 95 lbs
BB Deadlifts 65, 85, 105 lbs
Standing Calf Raises 120lbs

Walking DB Lunges 4 x 12
12 steps each leg x 10 lb DBs
decline Ab crunch with med ball toss 2 sets x 12

Triple Supersets 3 x 12
Seated Leg Curls 65, 70, 75 lbs
Abduction Machine pin # 5, 5.5, 6
Adduction Machine pin # 6, 7, 8 (I think each pin is 12.5lbs)

Seated Leg Extensions 3 x 12
65, 75, 82.5 lbs

Just to clarify, when we do our supersets, we NEVER stop!

Legs wobbly/jello like = GREAT WORKOUT!

Eats will be:

M1: eggwhites, oatmeal, flax done
M2: turkey, veggies
M3: turkey, veggies
M4: protein shake
M5: salmon, veggies
M6: protein shake

I *may* have a glass of champaign to ring in the New Year, but thats it.

Off to the showers. I'm off 1/2 day today but am on call. I'll talk to you all later....

Hey there !! Wandered over from the BFL site ... and how hard did I laugh because I JUST switched my blog to this exact template this morning - I wanted a fresh look for 2008. You obviously have GREAT taste ! Also, excellent choice of starting day for the challenge.
