Operation RESTART

OK, so slacked off for months. Time to get back in it. The sad part is I only gained 4 lbs, but gained about 8% BF!!! OI!!! OK so, today was Day 1. Workout was LBWO and I did it right. I'll post it at the bottom. Meals have been good also. I'll post them also. I found a new workout partner for at least 3 days, so I think thats going to help me out!!

OK MORE IMPORTANT NEWS:

As you are all aware, Jonnae is in the hospital in Cincinnati awaiting her transplant on Friday. She will have to remain in the hospital for at least 1 month post transplant and she can't leave her room for fear of getting sick. So, I thought it might be nice if everyone (if you WANT) sends Jonnae a card. Can you imagine being isolated from everyone for over a month?? So, lets brighten her day! Her address is:

OK, heres my workout:

First, warmed up running a mile in 10 minutes.

LBWO:
Triple Superset
BB Squats
12 x 65
12 x 85
12 x 100
BB Deadlifts
12 x 65
12 x 85
12 x 100
Standing Calf Raises
3 x 12 x 120

Walking DB Lunges
4 x 12 x 10 lbs each hand

Seated Calf Raises
3 x 12 x 80

Was going to do some Smith Machine Squats off a box, but 2 idiots were monopolizing BOTH Smith Machines. They said "we have another set to do"...3 sets later they were still going at it. So, we left to go to the treadmill.

Finished up with 20 minutes on the treadmill walking at 4.0 at 12°incline. Oh yeah!

Meals:

M1: 1 scoop protein powder in coffee before gym
Post workout meal: 1/2 myoplex shake
M2: 3 eggwhites, 1 serving oatmeal, flax
M3: chicken, broccoli
M4: turkey, asparagus
M5: tuna, asparagus
M6: protein shake

Water was lacking. Will do better tomorrow.
