Day 3

Just home from work and just ate dinner. This mornings workout was as follows:

Triple Supersets: 3 x 12
Narrow Cable row 45, 55, 65lbs
Wide Grip Pulldowns 45, 55, 65lbs
Bicep Hammer Curls 15lbs

Triple supersets: 3 x 12
Standing Straight Arm Pulldowns 20 lbs
Bent Over BB Row 30 lbs
Incline DB Bicep Curls 12.5lbs

Bicep 21s
3 x 24 lbs

I ran 1 mile prior to the workout.

Saw my workout partner in the office this afternoon as a patient. After examining her, I told her she should probably not be doing any overhead exercises for a bit and I'm sending her to PT. We are going to meet tomorrow just for cardio.

My shoulder is about the same. It still hurts, but I just do lower weights right now.

I did not have a glass of champagne or any alcoholic beverage on New Years Eve or Day.

Work was okay. We made it through, but I got home late. I hope this isn't how its going to be long term. Eats were good today, but water not as good. However, I still have 2.5 more hours to get down 2 L. I can do it!!
