Day 4: HIIT

Did my workout this morning. 20 min HIIT on the tready with my high point being 9.0mph. Then I walked for 10 minutes, increasing the incline each minute until the last minute was at 10° and 4.5mph. My left hamstring is starting to bother me just like the right one did. I might have to change to the elliptical for awhile (which I HATE) but I dont want to tear the left one like I did on the right a few years ago!

Meals will be same ole, same ole:

M1: eggwhites, oatmeal, flax done
M2: turkey, veggies
M3: turkey, veggies
M4: protein shake
M5: salmon, veggies
M6: protein shake

I should be getting my Syntrax Nectar protein powder today. YAY! I cant wait. I love their Cappuccino flavor!! I also got Vanilla Bean Torte and then something Mocha, I think. YUMMY. The cappuccino one is good if you mix a scoop in a small amount of water, then add it to your coffee.....oooooh!!!! Its delish!

OK, off to the showers...
