Day 19

OK, so like I mentioned yesterday, this whole week has been off. BUT, no fear, I'm back hitting it hard again. I think the whole abdominal issue (some of you know about that) just throws a wrench into things at times. I'm not dwelling on it, I'm just moving forward. HITTING IT HARD!! A few screwed up days (whether from no food, or the wrong food) doesn't ruin everything I've done!!!

Today I walked on the treadmill this morning at home (3ominutes-2miles.) The snow is blowing around like crazy outside and they predict blizzardlike conditions, so I just decided to stay home this morning. I worked ONLY a half day today, then since I'm on call this weekend, I went to the Inpatient Psych unit to see patients. There is a new Aspen just down the street from the unit, so I went there after I finished and did some chest and tris, then finished up with more cardio on the elliptical and bike.

Eating was good today. Ive gotten all my PLANNED meals in and most of my water has been consumed for the day. Yeah! Good to finish strong.

GOod job!! Keep it up!! GOO BOOOBLZZZZZZZ! er..foamy?? U takin free day sunday? Ive decided to just allow myself extra carbs on free days instead of unhealthy foods. Hopefully that will keep me from straying from the plan and playing catch up all week like i did this week. HUGS!
