Day 16: Back and Bis

This AM's workout:

Triple Supersets 3 x 12
Narrow Grip Cable (45, 55, 60)
Wide Grip Pulldown (45, 55, 65)
Hammer Curls 15lb

Triple Superset 3 x 12
Bentover BB Row (40, 45, 50)
Straight Arm Cable Pushdown (20)
Bicep 21s (30)

Cable Bicep Curls
3 x 12 x 35, 40, 45
Decline Ab Med Ball Crunch and Twist
3 x 12 x #10 ball

Elliptical 15 minutes

Diet has not been 100% but not from cheating but lack of food. Missed M2, 4, 5 and now 6. I've been hurting really bad in my left lower abdomen so am not hungry. We'll see what happens.....
