So, meals have been dead on. I've already gotten my 4 L down. Workout this morning was LEGS! Did the following:
Triple Supersets 3 x 12
BB Squats 65, 85, 105
BB Deadlifts 65, 85, 105
Standing Calf Raises 120
Walking DB Lunges
4 x 24 total steps with 10 lb DBs
Decline Ab Medicine Ball Toss Situps 3 x 10 k
Triple Supersets 3 x 12
Seated Leg Extension 75, 82.5, 90
Abductor Machine pin # 5, 5.5, 6
Adductor Machine pin # 7, 8, 9 (each pin 12.5 lbs)
Seated Leg Curls 3 x 12 (65, 70, 75)
Walked on Treadmill for 15 minutes. I didn't get my 1 mile run in before the w/o partner got there. Some issues came up and I left the house a bit late. Oh well.
Meals today:
M1: eggwhites, oatmeal, flax
M2: turkey, asparagus
M3: chicken, mixed veggies
M4: protein shake, 1/2 apple
M5: chicken, artichoke hearts and mixed veggies
M6: protein shake (pending)
Tomorrow is back and bis! :)

Was offered and accepted a store manager job today in my company! That starts in 2 weeks, - meanwhile will remain where I am, scary though!
My weight today: - 82.0kg or 181 pounds. Yes, I'm on the get fitter, leaner and all that way at the moment. Was 196 in Oct, 177 on my parents scales the day before xmas in NZ
