Nearly half way there, but no where near where I should be at the half way point. I was sick the last few days and almost went to the ER, but am better. I worked out today and made up chest and tris, and did 20 minutes on the elliptical. I think the elliptical has stopped hurting my hamstring so wil have to push harder on it now that it seems I can do it. I definately need to hit things harder in order for these last 6 weeks to do well.
Here are some pictures of the Team Asylum Leg Challenge. I think is goes beginning, week 2, week 3, and today week 6. No substantial changes over the past 3 weeks but at least I think theres no back tracking either.
