Day 1

OK, workout done.

Legs:

Triple Supersets
3 x 12
Squats
Deadlifts
Calf Raises (Ins and Outs each x 12)

Walking Lunges
3 x 12 steps each leg

Triple Supersets
3 x 12
Plie` Squats
Bulgarian Split squats
One Legged Calf Raises

OK, can I say I'm tired and sore already. Just by doing that without any weight. WOW! I didn't do cardio as in treadmill this morning. I was breathing so hard and heavy and my heart was beating so fast by the end of that workout, I decided to wait and walk on the treadmill when I get home tonight and then tomorrow morning I'll do some kind of light HIIT on the tready. I was sweating like crazy when I finished. That just tells me that wow, I'm out of shape!! But, I'm on the road to healthiness again.

I'll put up meals when I check in either tonight or tomorrow morning....
