Tomorrow will start my OFFICIAL 1st day of this challenge. I MUST start official challenges on Mondays and tomorrow I will start adding in exercise. It will be without any weight, but I'll go downstairs and do my leg workout and then get on the treadmill and try some light jogging. I'm excited to get that started. I'm really disgusted with myself that I've let myself get so far out of shape. However, in 12 weeks, I WILL be back in shape, perhaps not in the best shape I've ever been but I EXPECT TO be close!
Today was a nice day, but technically free day so meals will not be shared. The last few days I went back to work and saw a TON of patients and then I've been on call for the weekend and saw about 15 patients!! So, I've been busy. Greg's been taking good care of me and I'm so lucky to have found him.
Anyway, I need to go pack my meals for tomorrow. I'll report how things went.
