Meals were good.
M1: 5 eggwhites with some mushrooms and 1 serving of fiber one cereal with some milk
M2: 1/2 cup 2% cc, 1/2 cup fiber one cereal
M3: 4 oz chicken, spinach, pineapple slices
M4: 4 oz chicken, spinach, pineapple slices
M5: 4 oz chicken, spinach, mixed veggies, 6 almonds
M6: 1/2 cup cc
Oh and can I say, even with my workout with out weights my entire lower body HURTS!!!! OUCH! YAY!!!! On to cardio in the am. It will be a light workout so I can see if I hurt when I run. More tomorrow.....
