So far, so good. Had a good HIIT this morning with a high point of 9.3mph on treadmill and 2.05 total miles in 19 minutes. Felt good and no pain. Then did a crapload of ab stuff that I learned from Donna Szabo from the cruise.
Eating went well, although I did eat some lettuce with strawberries that wasn't planned. It turned out okay though. Here are my totals for the day. Remember, JUST FOR TODAY!!!
Total: 1350 cals
Fat: 23g (16%)
Carbs: 137g (37%)
Protein: 154g (47%)
On to Day 3...
