Day 73-76

Here's from the last few days:

Day 73: Cardio

Did cardio twice on Wednesday. I got up at 530AM and ran 20 minutes and then came home later in the evening and ran 20 minutes again. It's been nice having the treadmill here. I would never have done extra if I didn't have it. Meals were 100%!

Day 74: Shoulders, Abs, and Cardio

Not going to go through everything I did in the gym. Cardio was at 415AM and was 20 minutes. Went to the gym t 5am and did shoulders. It was a crap workout. My right shoulder is giving me trouble and hurts. So, I tried lowering the weight and it was still bothering me. I did a few exercises but nothing too intense. I felt almost like it was a wasted effort, although my workout partner said I did well. Meals were 100%.

Day 75: Chest and Tris. Well, this didn't happen. I skipped my workout cos I felt so tired and just basically run down. I woke up and my shoulder was bothering me so I called my w/o partner and said I wasn't going. She was happy because she didn't really feel like going either! We make a pair. I think we are burning out. We need to come up with something new and exciting to keep our fires burning. Meals were good.

Day 76: Today. Usually, this is a no workout day for me. But, I got up and did cardio. I did 5 minutes of HIIT, then changed to sprints, varying from 4mph to 7mph with the highest sprint being 8.5mph. I did that for 20 minutes. Meals so far, great. I am going to get acupuncture in a few hours for my shoulder and other stuff. Maybe it will help.

OK, so that should catch us up to present day/time activities. I don't have anything exciting planned today except the acupuncture. In a few minutes, I'll go into the garage and do some chest and triceps so that I'm not so far behind on my workouts. I plan on running again later today, just a casual run and then tomorrow as well. Tomorrow, I'll go to a friend's house for their Labor Day Party, but I plan on eating 100%. Today is day 13 of my official Challenge. Tracker challenge almost over, but has been a total bust for the past few weeks. Not sure why I'm still counting, but I just can't stop. I have to finish it no matter what shape I'll be in.

I have 6 weeks to kick some serious bootay and bootay I shall kick. I'm sure most people have heard/read that Tracy J is coming to TN. I've known for months that she was going. I'm super excited that she decided to come and thats one of my driving forces to hit these next 6 weeks super hard. Can't wait to hug the stuffing out of her!!!
