Walking DB Lunges
4 x 24 total steps x 10 lb each hand
Alternating each set with
Decline Medicine Ball Toss Crunches
3 x 12 x 10 kg
Abductor Machine
3 x 12 x pin #5
Adductor Machine
3 x 12 x pin #8 plus 5 lb plate
Ye Ole Dredded Frog Jumps
3 x 12 x 148 lbs (thats me! lol)
Alternating with
Weighted Crunches
3 x 20 x 10 lbs
Planned Meals are:
M1: 6 eggwhites, 1/2 yolk, sprinkle of 2% mozerella cheese, 1 serving of oatbran with 1 tbs of pb2 (done)
M2: 1/2 cup lf cc and 1 kiwi(done)
M3: salmon, 1/2 cup brown rice, mixed veggies(done)
M4: protein shake (done)
M5: chicken breast, mixed veggies
M6: protein shake or 1/2 cup lf cc
Water intake will be at least 4L
Vitamins taken and 1 cup java consumed along with 1 bottle of water!!
