Day 2: Back and Bis, OH MY!!

OK on to day 2. So far so good! I got up this morning and did my back and bicep workout. Here's what we did:

Back/Bi superset
Dual pulley system Overhead pull downs
12 x 20
12 x 25
12 x 30
Dual Pulley system cable rows
12 x 20
12 x 25
12 x 30
Bicep Cable High Curls /_O_\ __O__
3 x 12 x 10

Supersets
Straight arm cable pushdowns
3 x 12 x 10
Seated Rows
12 x 25
12 x 35
12 x 45

Supersets
Alternated 1 hammer curl with 1 straight bicep curl
3 x 12 x 12.5
Decline Medicine Ball Toss Crunches
3 x 12 x 10 kg

Meals:

M1: 6 eggwhites, 1 serving oatbran with pb2
M2: 1/2 cup lf cc and 1 apple
M3: salmon, 1/2 cup brown rice, mixed veggies
M4: protein shake
M5: chicken, veggies with 1/2 cup lo fat pasta sauce
M6: 1/2 cup cc

Water: 3 L so far.

Butt is sore from yesterdays workout, as is my upper back. So, lets keep it going. Tomorrow is cardio day. Can't wait!!
