T MINUS 2 days!!

T Minus 2 days: Goals, etc...

OK, so I did really well through half of my Birthday Challenge, then met someone and lost out on the rest of it. The workouts were good, but eating not-so-good. I backtracked quite a bit, so now here I am, once again, trying to stop myself from getting worse. At least we (he and I) both realize what was happening BEFORE it got too far out of hand. So, starting Monday, March 24th, I'm back with my nose to the grindstone. I took pictures, and while they aren't that great, they certainly weren't as bad as I thought they would be. So, here I begin again.

The next 12 weeks are dedicated to ME! This is for ME to get myself back to where I feel comfortable. It can be done...dating someone and staying in shape. We, unfortunately, have 2 very different eating styles. One works for him, one works for me. So, we have to compromise something in order to each get to the goals we want. We have discussed it and, I think, things will work out just fine. I just have to stick to my eating habits!!!

My goals are as always the same: Lean back down to around 16%. Hit my legs harder to get them more defined, and build my shoulders and back better. I will make it!!

So, there ya go. I am eager to get started and get things back to my comfort level! Can't wait until Monday!!!! I hope you guys will stand behind me and support me.
