Mini Challenge Day 3?

OK, so Day 3. Things going well. I was actually down to 139 this morning. I did a great LBWO at 515 AM and have eaten well today, minus the 5 mini dove promises (yikes: 13 g of fat!!) After a busy day at work and then to the in-patient psych unit to see 6 patients, I headed back to the gym to do my 3 mile run. Took me 31 minutes, so a bit slow.

I'm not sure why I came up with the time of 2 hours for the 20K run. Thats really fast and for a slow runner (me) kind of intimidating. None-the-less, I said it OUTLOUD and so I will attempt to do my very best. This Saturday, I'll run 7 miles. I can't believe I only have 4 more long runs to train for this. I've really not done very well in my training, but since I've added the goal to this Mini Challenge, I *must* *Must* *MUST* try harder to get this done!! The sucky thing is, my friend that I normally run this with, isn't even going to be here. She's going to Australia...like that is so much more important than running the annual run! How dare she???!!! LOL

Anyway, here are my totals for the day:

Total: 1600 calories
Fat: 37 grams (22%)
Carbs: 162 grams (36%)
Protein: 166 (43%)

What happened to clean eating? Chocolate two days and a row? lol...and I keep recalling how mortified Suz was when you caught her with that frozen Hershey bar!lol. Well..even with the chocolate, your caloric range and balances are still good, so all in all I say you had a pretty good day! Great that you had good workouts too! Don't start doubting yourself now on the run....you CAN do this! If I have to throw a chocolate gift basket in this challenge to motivate you, I WILL! lol
