Total: 1335 calories

Just a quick note, as it's late. I didn't really eat that much today for some reason. I wasn't hungry at all and basically, I had to force myself to eat when I did. It was a good day and I ran 4 miles in 37 minutes. I'm off to Georgia tomorrow after work (around 2-3pm) and so I may not post as regularly. I'll do my very best to eat as well as possible and still workout! I'll let you know how it goes!

Remember, NEVER GIVE UP!!!

Don't sell yourself short girl, 4miles in 37min is very good!! Have a safe drive to GA and have fun! I'm bummed that my running hasn't been kept up with while I'm gone, but some is better than none I guess. Maybe a good long run like you said will help (10mi)?
