Ok, well I was commanded to update my blog, although I just did it so not sure what the big deal is. LOL I'm up super early this morning, not sure why, just am. The gym doesn't open for another hour. I've had my first meal and am just hanging out.
Yesterday went well. I was a bit hungry for some reason early on but it subsided. Workout was Chest and this morning, I am sore, so thats a good thing! Its funny how changing things up will make you sore. I love that feeling!!! Its not so bad that I can't lift my arms or it hurts to breath, but I can feel it and I *know* I did something!!! Gotta love that! Did 35 minutes of the bike after the chest workout. It went by quickly as the lady beside me started talking to me and it kept my mind off of pedaling! So far, I think I really hate the stairmaster, but I just keep doing it! Its actually cool to do all the different cardio machines instead of just running. I think I may do a light 30 minute jog today, then 30 minutes on the ellitical, as I'm to do 60 minutes of cardio today.
Well, other than that, everything is about the same. I don't really feel any different, but its only been a week. I know if I can stick to this, I will see some awesome changes and advancements. I'm really not sure what will be accomplished in the next 4 weeks, but I, just like my mantra says, will never give up!!
I will update again later in the day to tell you about the rest of the day!!!
UPDATE: Rest of the day went well. Eating was perfect. I didn't end up going to the gym, but instead running outside for 1 hour (55min actually.) I ran down to the ponds behind the townhouses. There are like 2 little manmade ponds that have a walk around them connected in the middle by a straight way. If you imagine, its like the shape of a dumbbell. So 1 1/5 times around = 1 mile. I must have been feeling really good as I went out...ran 3 times around one pond, ran down the straight way and ran 3 times around the 2nd pond. Then, ran back and did it again. After the 6th time around then I came back, and did 1 full complete run around each pond and then ran home. I'm guestimating it to have been approximately 5.5 or so miles. I ran the whole time without even stopping once. Thats really good for me!! YAY!!!

Man...I wish I had that kind of time to wait for a gym to open! ;)
You are so going to rock the house this next 11 weeks. The paper towel and tissue industry are going to be in the green from all the drool puddles! XO
GREAT work Suz!
I enjoyed your story of running around the ponds, - FAB WORK!
Can't wait to catch up again!
