OK, people. We have a crisis!! Our friend, Kate/Cake/Kajole, is in need of our support.
Kate, come on girl. Don't give up! YOu can do this. So what..you backslid some. So did I!! Everyone here has done it. That doesn't mean you should give up!! You have to pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and put yourself back up into that saddle. You can do it! We are all here for you! *I'M* here for you. Don't just wipe out your blog and disappear. If I have to come down to Georgia, I'm cracking some skulls (borrowed from The Breakfast Club.) Don't underestimate me coming down there either!!!

WHEEWWWWWWWWW! I am glad we didn't Lose another sistah! Now I can sit down, my LEGS WERE GETTING TIRED! :)- Do whatever works for you! I am waiting for my little terror to take his nap so I can do my TURBO JAM! Just love it! Since I can't get a sitter today, it will have to be aerobics! Good Luck with your reorganizing, Kate, we all have to do it at one point or another!

Yeah, answer your freaking phone. Kate, You have done a great job already, I don't know why that idiot in the store didn't notice. I definitely see it in your pictures...back when I was on tracker. :)

It sound sensible Kate...but you do need some support too, even just a little bit. I can understand about needing to get away from the computer and start putting your efforts into your workouts, but...gee, why am I having to talk to you through Suz's blog! lol
Anyhoo, regroup, get yourself together. You can get a good mix back!
