Day 1 in the books...

YeeHaw! I made it! Today went just as planned. I got up this morning and went and did my 20minute HIIT session at 515AM. Afterwards, I did 4 sets of crunches. Then back home to eat. Meals were exactly what I had planned, and I didn't even feel the urge to cheat at all. It was really great!! Tomorrow will be just as perfect!!! Here's my meals from the day and totals:

M1: 6 eggwhites, 1 slice f/f cheese, 1 serving cranberry oatmeal, 1 cup coffee, 1 L water
M2: 1 apple, protein RTD
M3: 4 oz grilled chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, 4 oz mixed veggies
M4: 1 apple, myoplex carb sense shake
M5: 1 cup shrimp, 8 oz mixed veggies, 1/2 cup light marinara sauce, a sprinkle of grated parm cheese
M6: myoplex carb sense shake (still to come)

Totals:
1376 calories
20g fat
141g carbs
155g protein

PS: Troy, yes I do indeed speak German. If I want to speak to the relatives, I kinda have to....they don't speak English. :o)

AWESOME start! You sound to have this challenge SO well planned out, - admire you highly!

I'll be with you all the way! By the time 12 weeks is up it will be almost cruise time for ya! I reckon you'll reach all your targets!
