Day 15

OK, well things are going to plan regarding nutrition. Another good day. No cheating and feeling good that way. I got up this morning and really didn't feel like driving to the gym, so instead I got on my cheap elliptical and did my HIIT there. It felt good. I was sweating pretty good by the end, so am proud that I did it.

I'm not really feeling like progress is occuring, but I know it wont happen overnight. My favorite black pants were tight today!!!:o( First time they have ever been tight. I may have to rethink some of my workout strategies and start adding in more cardio daily. My thoughts are doing cardio in the evening on the days that I do my morning lift days. So, I'll do 6 days of cardio and 3 day lifts. I'm hoping by doing that, things will start burning a bit better. We'll see.

It's really terrible how fast things get out of hand and how long it takes to get things back!! I mean it took 3 weeks to get out of shape and will take 6 weeks to get back where I was! How fair is that???? Oh well!! I'm up to the challenge and will make it the best challenge yet.

I'm really looking forward to going to Chicago for my board review course. One, it gets me out of work for a week (hehe) and two, I will get to work out with my friend, Damon. I gotta get in better shape or else he'll kill me in the gym! Can't be having that!!! :o)

OK, so here are food totals for the day.

Totals:
1230 calories
18g fat
107g carbs
158g protein

More tomorrow....

you are lucky, three weeks turned into three months here really quick, so it took a bit for me to get back into the swing of it. Dont worry, the keto thing is just kinda shock, I'll be back to semi normal by the time we meet( Hell, I may even brush my teeth and ease up on the garlic, too) Oh, and just outta guy pride, I'll be killing ya in the gym, even if I need medical attention for the next six weeks afterward. All told, looks really good, ya planned it all out, and at least for me, that is the hardest part. Doing it from there is more just about not making excuses not to.
Catch ya soon, Damon
