Day 17

Well, today was back to being perfect in the way of eating. I didn't stray at all. I did 20 min HIIT on my elliptical here at home and then 1 set of ab bootcamp. That always kills me. It took so long to be able to get through 3 sets of that and now I am starting over with just 1 set and not getting through it easily!! I will be able to do all 3 sets by the end of the next 5 weeks!

Eating was good. Meal totals and food will be listed in a moment. All-in-all, a good day. I've gotten my 4L of water down, so I'm ready!

M1: 1 serving oatmeal, 1 scoop protein powder
M2: protein RTD, 1 yogurt, 2 medium strawberries
M3: 4 oz grilled chicken, 1/3 cup brown rice, 4 oz veggies, 1 tbs f/f italian dressing
M4: myoplex lite shake
M5: 4 oz grilled salmon, 8 oz veggies, 1 tbs f/f italian dressing
M6: 1 scoop precision protein

1204 cals
15g fat
105g carbs
153 g protein
