Well, I'd like to say that I made it through 5 days without cheating, but I can't. I ate some chocolate this evening at work. I know its because I missed a snack earlier, but not going to make excuses. However, I did not let it ruin my entire day. I got right back on track. Went after work and got a massage. Man am I gonna be sore tomorrow!!

I have been doing lighter weights on shoulders because my left one has been giving me some trouble with overhead presses. I'm keeping the reps slow and deliberate at the moment. I didn't really have that much trouble today, so on Saturday I will try increasing again. We'll see. I felt really good after I was finished. During my massage today, I could tell that I was somewhat sore especially in triceps and pecs. Oh yeah.
OK, regarding the chocolate attack, I got myself right back on track and I'm not looking back!! I didn't ruin the entire day and tomorrow is yet to come. I will be 100% tomorrow. Oh and got 4 L of water in. yay me!
