First, today went well. No cheats, 100% clean, all water in and a good LBWO with 15 minutes of walking on treadmill done afterwards.
Most important:
Please say a prayer for my mom. She's really not doing very well at all. Today was their first day back to school (she and my dad are school crossing guards.) She has worked there for 20years. My dad said that she just couldn't do it and barely made it through the day. She is taking medical leave until they can figure out what is wrong and make her better. So, if you are so inclined and you have a spare minute, please think about her. Thanks.
