Sunday, Day 42: Ran outside for 3.1miles. Had to walk for about 2.5minutes of the time, but ultimately finished at 28:11. So, not too bad for me!

Wednesday, Day 45: Cardio-not done yet!

OK, so now you are up to date. I've been so freaking tired lately. I've been skimping out on cardio!! You can see the last 2 days have just been walking on the treadmill and only for short periods and really, not that fast. I had every intention on getting up today and going for a run, but....I didn't. Well, not true. I got up. I went downstairs. I laid down on the couch! I woke up when the alarm upstairs started going off!!!

I am SURE I'm just being lazy (I think) and when I get tired like this, unfortunately, I eat crap!!! The last several days have been HORRIBLE eating days for me. I do well up until I get ready to go home or until I even go home (which is backwards than normal for me) and then I just eat stuff. Since I dont have anything BAD for me here, I eat the good stuff...just WAY TOOO MUCH of it!! I can certainly tell the difference already in how my body adjusted to the bad stuff. The last 2.5 weeks have been really bad for fatigue and no energy really to do cardio. My weight workouts aren't too bad, but I do feel that I'm more fatigued doing them also.

My plan is this: On Friday, Sam and I are flying home to Georgia for a week. I am not going to lift the week I'm there. Hopefully, this will give my shoulder the chance to heal, because it's still bothering me when I do certain activities (yeah yeah yeah...I can see DeanaJo shaking her head at me for trying to lift those 30lb dbs over my head without assistance!!) Anyway, apparently, my parents have purchased a new treadmill, so I will break that sucker in the week I'm there. I'll do only cardio for the week and hopefully, the meals will be good. I think my mom will stick with it for me.

OK, off to work! Hope everyone is having a kicka$$ day!

Not a week off, ya whipcracker! LOL A week off from LIFTING! Gonna burn some cardio up!! :-D

do some plyometrics. You don't want to lose any of that hard earned muscle.

Get back on the track and no more eating extra...unless it's veggies. LOL
