OK, so continuing into my Tracker Challenge. Things have gone terribly awry, but I have 3 weeks to come back strong, and come back I will. Today is basically Day 1 of an OFFICIAL challenge but I'll keep up with the Tracker number for now. Here is my leg workout from today!

M1: 4 eggwhites, 1 whole egg, 1 serving oatmeal
M2: 1/2 cup 2% cc, apple
M3: 4 oz grilled chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, 4 oz veggies
M4: myoplex lite rtd
M5: 4 oz salmon, 2 cups broccoli
M6: protein shot

Sears screwed up the delivery of my treadmill, so now I have to wait until Saturday to get it! It was supposed to come today!! GROWL!!!!
