Day 58: Back, Bis and Abs

Heres my workout from today:

Seated Cable Row with rope

Reverse grip Bent over BB Row

Abs: Swiss Ball Crunch
3 x 20

Hammer DB Bicep Curls
3 x 12 x 15
Abs: Decline Bench situps with 2kg ball
3 x 12

Cable Bicep Curl

Cardio: 20 min HIIT
I felt kind of tired doing it and I almost stopped, but I just kept going and pushed myself through it. Glad I did.

Meals:
M1: 5 eggwhites, 1 slice f/f cheese, 1/2 cup spinach, 1/2 cup fiber one cereal, 1 tbs udo's
M2: 1/2 cup 1% cc, 1/2 fiber one cereal
M3: 1 can no salt added shredded chicken over 6 oz veggies
M4: 1/2 cup cc, 1 apple
M5: 4 oz grilled chicken, carrots
M6: protein shot

Yesterday after work, I went to Sears and purchased a treadmill for my home. While I was in GA, I used my parents new treadmill daily. It was awesome. So, I decided, if I had room for one, I'd buy one when I got home. Well, it's being delivered on Monday. I'm excited about that. I've always wanted one but have always been scared to buy something like that and not like it. So, it was nice to be able to use it for a week to see if I really liked how it performed...and I did! So, I got the same one! YAY! I'll take a picture of it when it gets here!!

I've really fallen way back over the past 3...nearly 4 weeks. It's terrible how bad it can make you feel mentally. I'm supposed to be driving to KC on Friday to hang out with Lori, Casey, Jennifer and several other KC area BFLers, but I find myself not even wanting to go because I look and feel terrible! I don't like feeling this way, so I will make sure I hit things hard and really keep my diet as squeaky clean as humanly possible. Its so easy to get that "just eat this, eat that 'cos I'm already fat' " mental attitude. With everything else going on, I don't need to feel bad about myself. I will get it together...you'll see!!!
