No cardio for today.
Meals:
M1: 5 eggwhites, 1 slice f/f cheese, 1 cup spinach, 1 small tomato from my garden, serving cranberry oatmeal, 1 cup java, 1 L water
M2: 1/2 cup 1% cc, fiber one cereal no milk, 1 L water
M3: 4 oz grilled chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, veggies, 1 L water
M4: myoplex lite rtd, carrots (will be while driving to kc to see LORI!!!), 1 L water
M5: TO BE DETERMINED by Lori--something healthy though!, 1 L water
M6: to be determined--maybe just some cc, 1 L water
OK, so I still haven't packed. Nothing really fits. I will use this weekend to regroup and get my troubles in line and not worry about things. I'll have lots of inspiration from this wonderful BFL family and come back to kick some bootay!
