Today is my first cycling Roller Race. I'm a bit nervous about it, but in the end, I just want to finish, not fall off, and not finish last. It's the same when I do any running race. I'm really not that great at any of it, but I like to do it, so the only competition really, is myself. The roller race is a timed race, for 2 miles. Really, its just you and the clock, although 2 people ride at the same time. If you don't know about roller racing, its a bit like riding your bike on ice. You have to balance yourself on these rollers and then ride hard for about 6-9 minutes (depending on how good you are--I'm obviously on the upper end!) I'll try to get a clip here, but I really dont remember how to post videos or pictures. I'll try my best.

bf%: 30
neck: 13.5"
bicep: 13"
waist: 31"
hips: 41"
thigh: 25.75" (holy crapola)
calf: 14"
My goals are the following:
1) No cheating for the full 12 weeks (minus one free meal a week)
2) No missed workouts!!
3) Lose 25 lbs of scale weight
4) Fit in my work pants again!
I really want to get my thigh measurements back down to around the 22" range. Thats the smallest they have ever been (I just have big thighs, but thats okay!) My waist was at one time 26.75"!! So, I want to get around 27" or so. I will work really hard at this. I really want this for myself.
OK, time to get ready for roller racing!! WIsh me luck!
