So, its Saturday, but feels like Sunday. These long weekends really throw me off. No more holidays for awhile, so no more long weekends!
OK, so I went out and bought 2 new sets of scrubs to wear to work twice a week. I don't fit in any of my clothes, except for like 2 skirts, so I bought them to wear until I get down in weight to fit in my old clothing. I refused to buy bigger clothes since I have a full closet of expensive pants, etc just waiting for me!
I'm calling this NO EXCUSES, because there is nothing really standing in my way, no more holidays, no vacations, nothing to keep me from working out and eating healthy. I'm also calling it NO EXCUSES because my most successful challenge was entitled NO EXCUSES. It worked before, so it should work again!
I plan on blogging my meals and workouts. Kate and I are trying to come up with something that will keep us honest and make things more interesting so we'll be sure to succeed. She's suggested wearing some super tight outfit now, and get together late March and wear, out in public, the same currently tight outfit. We'll come up with something.
I'm involved in 2 different challenges at the moment. One is a Tracker Team Challenger Challenge that starts Monday, and the other is from BFL Spirit for the coveted Torch Jacket that officially starts January 10. So, I'll be keeping busy for the next 13 weeks.
Tomorrow, I'm doing a cycling roller race! It's my FIRST race and I'm nervous about it. My goal is just to finish, not fall off and not to finish last! I know I can do it!
OK, off to plan a food menu for the week and I will STICK to it, including my workouts!!!
