Everything went as planned. No temptations at all. Workout was great.

M2: 1 cup 1% cc, 5.6 oz container raspberries
M3: 5 oz grilled chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, 4 oz mixed green veggies
M4: Myoplex lite shake, 1 plum
M5: 6 oz salmon, 2 cups broccoli, 1/2 cup brown rice
M6: 1/2 cup 1% cc
Totals: 1541 cals 25 g fat 153 g carbs 182 g protein

On to tomorrow...back, bis and abs plus 20 min HIIT
