M1: 6 eggwhites, 1 slice f/f cheese, 1 serving oatmeal with 1 tbs fresh ground flax, 1 cup java (done)
M2: 3/4 cup 1% cc, 5.6 oz blackberries
M3: 5 oz chicken, 1/2 cup b. rice, 5 oz veggies
M4: myoplex lite shake, 1 plum (last one!)
M5: 4 oz swordfish, 1/2 cup b. rice, 2 cup broccoli
M6: 6 eggwhites
Totals 1534cals 24g fat 150g carbs 177g protein
