Days 9 and 10

OK, last 2 days have been great. Clean eating and good workouts. Yesterday was Back Bis and Cardio. I did it in the evening and had a good workout. Today was cardio and Body Pump class in the PM. I also did a 15 minute ab express class. Heres what I did:

I'm on a team on Tracker (Team Asylum!) and we had to do a Dirty 30. That consists of doing 3 different cardio exercises for 10 minutes, back to back. Dirty 30, for me, became dirty 40!! Here's what I did:

Treadmill run: 2 miles 18:45 (fastest time for me ever!!)

Elliptical: 10 minutes 150 cals burned

Stairmill: 10 minutes increasing levels 5, 6, 7 and 8

*whew*

THEN, I did a 15 minute ab express class... OUCH!!

THEN....

I did my body pump class!!! I am one tired puppy!!!

OK, on to day 11!!

Holla girl! Have you recovered from your killer Wednesday? Cause I about died just reading about it!!
Although I did knock out LBWO AND cardio today!
