OK, went to the gym today. Heres what I did:

3 x 12 x 55 (different gym and different weight-weird)
Incline Chest Press:
12 x 30
12 x 35
3 x 40 *yeah*
10 x 30
Supersets:
Assisted Tricep Dips:
2 x 12 x 70
1 x 10 x 65 DB
Tricep Kickbacks 3 x 12 x 12
Supersets:
Upright Fly Machine
12 x 50
2 x 12 x 75
Cybex Incline Press
2 x 12 x 45 (each side)
1 x 10 x 45 (each side)
Dirty 30:
Treadmill 10 minutes 1.2 miles
Elliptical 10 minutes 1.5 miles
Bike 10 minutes 2.9 miles
Crawled out of gym! YAY!!
Meals (I have 7 since I started so stinking early)
Meals:
M1: 6 eggwhites, 1 slice f/f cheese, 1 tbs ground flax, 1 cup java, 1 glass water
M2: protein RTD, apple
M3: Myoplex Lite RTD
M4: 4 oz chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup broccoli
M5: Myoplex lite RTD
M6: 6 oz halibut, 1/2 cup brown rice, 2 cups broccoli
M7: protein RTD
Totals: 1724 calories 28 g fat 170 g carbs 201 g protein
I guess the calories are up a bit too high due to that lats protein RTD...I'll work on it some!!
Tomorrow AM is to be Body Pump Class at 850AM! I hope I make it! LOL
