Today is going smoothly. I made it through work (I only work 1/2 days on Friday) and I just ate lunch. No cheats! WOOHOO!! I still have to run to the store and get some cottage cheese for later and also have to go to the inpatient psych unit and see 4 patients. Boooooo!! Oh well!
This weekend, I'm going to the Iowa Cubs game with people from work. It's actually a picnic type lunch held by the hospital. Free food, free drink (water, soda, etc) and baseball game. It's supposed to be 90°, so better bring sunscreen!! I'm also on call all weekend, but hopefully, it wont be too bad.

Then meals:
M1: 6 eggwhites, 1 slice f/f cheese, 1 serving oatmeal with 1 tbs ground flax, 1 cup java
M2: Myoplex Lite Shake, apple (swapping M2 and M4 cos I'm out of CC and will have to get some after my 1/2 day today)
M3: 5 oz grilled chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, 5 oz veggies
M4: 3/4 cup 1% cc, 6 oz raspberries
M5: 4 oz tuna fillet, 1/2 cup brown rice, 2 cups broccoli
M6: 6 eggwhites
No cravings today so far. I did get a bit hungry right before lunch but that's because I was trying to finish up all my charting and get out of there so I could come home and eat. I was a little later than usual. I'm really feeling myself get in control again, which is what I need. I felt so out of control recently with eating just everything. For some reason, I think thats OVER!! YEAH!!!
