OK, today is the end of 2 weeks. I've done really well the last 2 weeks. I'm down a few lbs, but my measurements are all the same and my thighs actually appear larger to me now than 2 weeks ago. Im freaking out a bit about that, but at this point, not going to worry about it. I'll try some sprints that everyone keeps recommending twice a week and see if that goes okay.
Today was to be Body Pump this morning, but man, that chest workout yesterday really made me sore today! YAY!! I typically don't workout on Saturdays, so being sore the day of Body Pump hasn't been a problem. Oh well. I'm wondering if I need to do something different in regards to legs, but for now will keep going. If after 4 weeks, they still are humongous, then I will have to rethink things again.
Meals today were typical everyday meals. For free day, I had a bag of chocolate covered peanuts. Yup, I ate the entire bag!!! Other than that, I ate a normal BFL style day. I was a little short on water today. I think I only got 3 Liters in.
Tomorrow is Leg day. Workout partner still in Mexico. I will attempt to get up and be in the gym by 515am so I can get everything done that I'd like to do. More tomorrow...
