Day 21: Free Day

I'm having computer issues and right now, I can't put a title up. Growl!! Well, another growl is my one friend who was coming to TN with me, can't go now. However, I found a replacement. So, Kar and I will be having just as much fun!! I'm also hoping Kate, my cruisemate last year and Linda from BC will be able to be our roommates as well!

I posted new pics on Tracker. Things are coming along well. I'm down a few pounds, but thats not the goal here. My main goal is to lose fat, gain muscle, but hold my weight steady if possible!!

I'm going to grill a nice lean steak and some veggies later today. Right now, I think I'll go do some sprints!!! So I hope everyone is having a great Sunday!!!
