Friday and Saturday: Days 40 and 41

OK, yesterday was Chest and Tris and cardio. The weights are a little lower because 1) Ive been feeling crappy and 2) Thursday, I hurt my shoulder trying to lift 30lb dbs up to a military press start position by myself. DUMB! Heres what I did:

DB Incline Chest Press
12 x 25
12x 30
6 x 35
6 x 30

Ball DB Flyes
3 x 12 x 10

Decline Isolateral Chest Press
12 x 35
12x 40
8 x 45

Overhead Tricep Cable Rope Extensions
12 x 25 (used diff machine so wts lower)
12 x 30
12 x 35

Cable Rope Tricep Pushdowns
12 x 25 (used diff machine, wts lower)
12 x 30
12 x 35

BB skullcrushers
12 x 20
12 x 25
6 x 30
12 x 25

BB Tricep French Press
3 x 12 x 30

Cardio: Ran outside in the 90% humidity for 20 minutes.

Today is Day 41: I just woked up about 1/2 hour ago (its 1050am) now, so I'm a bit behind on my meals. I just ate 6 eggwhites with 1 slice f/f cheese, 1 serving oatmeal with about 1/2 cup blueberries. YUMMO!! Not sure if I'll do any workouts today. Usually, Saturday has been my day off on cardio. We'll see how I feel in a bit!

and I'm having a hard time believing that oatmeal and YUMMO can be in the same sentence. more like YUKKO!
