M1: 5 eggwhites, 1 whole egg, 1 serving of oatmeal, 1 cup spinach
M2: 1/2 cup 1% cc, 1 cup spinach, 1 tbs fresh ground flax, few raspberries (most of them were spoiled!!)
M3: 4 oz grilled chicken, 1/4 cup brown rice, 4 oz mixed veggies
M4: Myoplex Lite RTD, 10 baby carrots
M5: 1 can no salt added shredded chicken, 4 tomatoes, 2 cups spinach made into a salad, 1/2 tbs udo's oil
M6: 1/2- 1 cup 1% cc, spinach
