Day 39

Shoulders, Abs

Worked out at home, so couldn't do 30 lb DB presses since I didn't have anyone to hand the weight to me.

Military DB Presses
12 x 20
12 x 25

Abs: Lower Ab Crunch on bench
3 x 15

Upright DB Row
3 x 12 x 15 each hand
Abs: Leg Raise/Hip Up on bench
3 x 15

Prone Front DB Raises on bench
3 x 12 x 8
Abs: Oblique Crunches on Bench
3 x 15 each side

Supersets
Bent Over Posterior Delt DB Raise
3 x 12 x 8
Bent Over 1 arm DB Row (arm at 90°)
2 x 12 x 20
1 x 12 x 15
Abs: Knee Ups off bench
3 x 15

Leaning 1 Arm Lat DB Raise
3 x 12 x 8
Abs: Lying Crunches with legs bent at 90° (feet resting on bench)

Stomach Vacuums

So, good workout. I was going to go for a run outside, but time went too fast. I'm really NOT in the mood to do cardio for some reason. I *KNOW* its imperative that I do cardio if I wanna burn more fat, but when you just don't feel well, it certainly makes it hard. I will try something after work. Meals will be same ole, same ole:

M1: 6 eggwhites, 1 cup spinach, 1 serving oatmeal, 1 tbs ground flax
M2: 1/2 cup lo fat cc, 1 apple, 1 cup raw spinach, 1 tbs ground flax
M3: 4 oz chicken, 1/4 cup brown rice, 4 oz veggies
M4: myoplex lite RTD, 10 baby carrots, 1 tsp udo's
M5: Shrimp or scallops over veggies
M6: 1/2 cup lo fat cc
