Stayed at home today and worked out in the garage. I did an old BFL style leg workout. It felt good to do it, although my dumbbells don't go up high enough in weight for me these days. The largest size I have is 30lbs. I just made sure I did everything slow and deliberate.
Meals were dead on:
M1: 6 eggwhites, 1 serving oatmeal, 1 tbs flax, 1 cup java, 1 L water
M2: 1/2 cup cc and apple, 1 liter water
M3: 4 oz grilled chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup broccoli, 1 L water
M4: Myoplex lite RTD, 10 baby carrots, 1 L water
M5: 6 oz grilled chicken, 2 cups broccoli, 1 L water
M6: 1/2 cup cc, 1 L water
