Days 37 and 38

Day 37: Back, Bis, Abs and Cardio

Felt like crap today. Still worked out. Did the following:

Back Isolateral Row
12 x 45
12 x 50
12 x 55

High Isolateral Pulldowns
12 x 45
12 x 50
12 x 55

Dual Pulley Cable Rows to Neck and then to sides
12 x 12.5 (1 set to neck, then immediately 1 set to sides)
12 x 15
12 x 20

Dual Pulley Wide grip Pulldowns
12 x 20
12 x 25
12 x 27.5

Biceps Incline Bicep DB Curls
3 x 12 x 15

Hammer DB Curls
3 x 12 x 15

High Bicep Cable Curls
12 x 10
12 x 15
10 x 17.5

Abs Capt Chair bent leg raises
3 x 12

Vups off end of Bench
3 x 15

Cardio: didnt feel like doing HIIT or sprints, so instead did a 2 mile powerwalk with my w/o partner...in 24 minutes.

Meals were 100%.

Day 38: Cardio

Well, I got up this morning to do some cardio. I got on the elliptical machine and went for about 5 minutes. I was freaking tired. I decided I'd go to the gym after work today. Well, that didn't happen either. I didnt actually leave from the hospital until 7pm and my stomach is bothering me again. Its starting to be irritating!!!

Meals were good:
M1: 6 eggwhites, 1 serving oatmeal, 1 tbs fresh ground flax
M2: 1/2 cup lo fat cc, 1 tbs ground flax, 4 oz fresh blueberries
M3: 4 oz chicken, 1/4 cup brown rice, veggies
M4: myoplex lite, 10 baby carrots
M5: 4 oz chicken, 3 cups fresh spinach, 1.5 cups chopped tomatoes
M6: yet to be eaten, but perhaps 1/2 cup cc

At least meals have continued to be clean. But, not sure why my stomach is STILL giving me issues. Hopefully, the CT scan on Friday will shed some light!

Even without the cardio day, I think today went well.

Yeah, I am planning on it. I may have something to do that weekend, but will wait and find out. I think I'll be able to make it though! Looking forward to it!
