Day 26-28

OK, so I've had some DSL problems continuing, even though I got a new modem. The last 3 days have gone well. Yesterday at 5pm, started the clear liquids for the procedure tomorrow. I'll drink 4L of this stuff starting at noontime today...yum! I'll be floating away by tomorrow morning. 42 hours of clear liquids is a long time, but at the moment, I'm not hungry at all. I hope it stays that way.

Lets see, here's my workout from Friday:

Meals:

M1: 6 eggwhites, 1 serving blueberry oatmeal, 1 cup java, water
M2: 1/2 cup lo fat cc, 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal
M3: 4 oz chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup broccoli
M4: Myoplex lite RTD, 10 baby carrots
M5: 6 oz halibut, 2 cups broccoli
M6: cottage cheese

Yesterdays meals were:
M1: 6 eggwhites, 1 slice f/f cheese, 1 serving plain oatmeal, 1 cup java, water
M2: protein pancakes made with cc, and oatmeal
M3: tuna, 1/2 cup brown rice, broccoli
M4: beef bouillion
M5: SF lemon jello made with 1 cup lite apple juice
M6: chicken bouillion

Then, so far today:
M1: Lemon jello
M2: Lemon jello, 1 cup chicken bouillion
M3-6: same

Yesterday was supposed to be a run, but I didn't do it and today is supposed to be free day, but that wont happen either. LOL Lemon jello and chicken broth is in my future! After procedure tomorrow, then I'll hit weights super hard on Tuesday. Nutrtion will be 100% dead on and I'm adding more fibrous veggies to M2 and M6. I'll see if that will help with losing some fat, gaining some muscle but not losing weight! We'll see. I'm also going to see how doing the sprints have helped my straight runtime.

You don't have SBC do you, Lori and I get kicked of every few minutes!

I shooting for around 15/25/60 during the next few days to help maintain the muscle and drop some more fat weight, then i'll up my carbs a little...
