OK Day 32 was Shoulders, Abs and some cardio
Here's what I did:
DB Military Presses

Abs: Swiss Ball Crunches

Upright BB Row
12 x 30
2 x 12 x 35
Abs: Crunches with 5 Kg Ball
3 x 12
1 Armed DB Bent Over Row (arm out for post delt)
3 x 12 x 20
Superset
DB Front Raises
3 x 12 x 10
DB Lateral Raises
3 x 12 x 10
Hyperextensions
3 x 15 x 25
Superset
Bent Over Post Delt Raises
3 x 12 x 5 lb plate
Reverse Pec Dec for post delts
12 x 30
12 x 35
12 x 37.5
Seated Row Machine (hands out wide pulled back for post delt)
2 x 12 x 45
Cardio: 20 minute cardio
Sprints for 1st 10 minutes, alterating 1 min 8.2mph and 30 seconds slow jog 5.0mph. I got 1 mile done in 8:45! Fastest ever for me!! Then I just walked the last 11 minutes.
Meals were perfect today:
M1: 5 eggwhites, 1 whole egg, 1 cup california medley, 1 serving oatmeal, 1 tbs ground flax
M2: 1/2 cup 1% cc, 6 oz raspberries, 1 cup california medley
M3: 4 oz grilled chicken, 1/4 cup brown rice, 1 cup broccoli
M4: Myoplex Lite, 10 baby carrots
M5: 6 oz tuna filet, 2 cups california medley
M6: 3/4 cup 1% cc (still do do in about 1 hour)
I'm on Liter #4 in water, so still need to get at least 1 more liter in, preferrably 2! I can do it!!
Can't wait until tomorrow to do those 40 lb chest presses!!!
